distance, will be provided with basic educational instruction, and in
some cases can interact with a teacher, regardless of their location or
circumstances.  Students will be able to know of other schools,
students, teachers, locations, and ways of life through this initiative.   In
addition, teachers in training in a classroom being
transmitted to, can
gain valuable pedagogical insights in a realistic environment.  And
finally, groups and individuals may forge links with partner schools that
have a surplus of resources, which can be shared where possible.
